If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll always do our best to help and turn a bad experience into good one!


You have 21 days from the date you received an item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, we’ll require proof of purchase (receipt) and the item must be as-new and in the original packaging.

If there is a product quality issues, we will accept returns after 21 days, but we will require evidence of the quality issues as well as the proof of purchase (receipt). Please contact us at for product related issues.


Once you’ve sent the item back to you us and we’ve received the item, we’ll assess the item and notify you on the status of the refund within 3 working days. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. You will then receive your money back within 5 working days.


You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for shipping costs.
