In year one, our focus is to produce and launch our core range and achieve solid UK national distribution and begin expanding our European footprint. We plan to grow sales with our focus being retail listings including confirming contract listings with Selfridges, Sainsbury's and more.
We then plan to grow further and cement our position as the 'go-to cold brew' brand in the UK by then launching new variants including new flavours, packaging sizes and new products focussed on the health and fitness sector, alcohol and more.
Funds will be used to bring the new range of Cool Cold Brew drinks to market and provide working capital to grow our distribution network; to grow our brand through marketing and sales and to develop our team.
We want you to be part of our journey and we believe in the next 5-10 years Cool Cold Brew could make for an attractive acquisition from a larger food and beverage group generating a strong return for our investors. Examples of exits in the beverage industry include, Camden Town Brewery who sold to ABInBev in 2015 for £85m. The business turnover was £9.5m in the previous year. Innocent sold a 32% equity stake to Coca Cola Enterprises in 2013 for an estimated £100m, putting the value of the business in the region of £320m. The business turnover was £196.4m in previous year.
